1. Service Model and Independent Contractor Referral

Littlejohn Air Pros connects you with independent, insured HVAC contractors who perform the work. Littlejohn Air Pros operates as a customer service referral and dispatch coordination network. All physical diagnostic evaluations, repairs, maintenance procedures, equipment replacements, permit acquisitions, and warranty fulfillments are carried out by independent, licensed where Pennsylvania requires it, and insured HVAC contractors.

Every HVAC technician we send is licensed where Pennsylvania requires it, and insured. Pennsylvania law requires contractor registration under the Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act (HICPA). The performing contractor who visits your home is responsible for furnishing their specific HIC registration number, proof of insurance, and written scope of work on all contracts and proposals.

2. Diagnostic Fees and Estimates

Diagnostic evaluations typically involve a standard trip and diagnostic fee that covers sending a fully equipped service vehicle and technician to your property to test equipment. Upon identifying the issue:

• The technician will provide an upfront, flat-rate quote for parts and labor before any repair begins.
• You retain the right to approve or decline the repair estimate.
• Estimated costs provided over the phone or online prior to an on-site mechanical inspection are non-binding estimates based on typical industry scenarios.

3. 24/7 Telephone Response and Dispatch

Our dispatch lines are answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. While we strive to coordinate the fastest possible dispatch, technician arrival times depend on severe weather conditions, local traffic along PA-3 and I-476, and call volume during extreme winter freezes or summer heatwaves. No specific arrival time guarantee is implied.

4. Limitation of Liability

Littlejohn Air Pros acts strictly as a marketing and referral facilitator. Under no circumstances shall Littlejohn Air Pros or its affiliates be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the workmanship, negligence, property damage, delays, or contract disputes of independent third-party service contractors. All warranties on equipment and labor are provided directly by the performing contractor and respective equipment manufacturers.

5. Permitting and Local Code Compliance

Major HVAC equipment replacements (such as new gas furnaces, boilers, or central air condensers) in Marple Township and surrounding Delaware County municipalities generally require mechanical and electrical permits. The performing independent contractor is responsible for securing necessary municipal permits and adhering to the International Mechanical Code (IMC) and International Residential Code (IRC) as adopted by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
